Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- 1 Onion
- ~500g Beef mince
- 1 teaspoon Chilli powder
- 1 tin Chopped tomatoes
- 125ml Vegetable stock
- 1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon Tomato puree
- 1 tin Kidney beans
- 150g Rice
Method
- Heat the oil in a pan
- Fry the onion and mince until the onion is soft
- Add chilli powder and fry for a further minute
- Add tomatoes, stock, Worcestershire sauce, tomato puree, and kidney beans, and mix well
- Bring to the boil, cover and simmer for 20 minutes
- Serve with rice
Note, can be frozen after cooking.
